About

Independent Oversight Begins with an Independent Perspective

THE BELIEF

Great Businesses Benefit from an Independent Perspective

Every successful property management company works hard to build reliable systems, capable teams, and consistent processes.

Yet even the best organizations recognize an important reality:

No internal system provides complete visibility.

Independent oversight isn't about replacing what's working.
It's about helping leadership see what may otherwise remain hidden.

OUR PURPOSE

Why Booker & Co. Exists

Every day, thousands of operational decisions take place across a property management portfolio. Most happen exactly as intended. Some don't.

The challenge isn't simply that small inconsistencies occur. It's that they can remain unnoticed for months—or even years—because they're spread across different people, properties, systems, and day-to-day operations.

Booker & Co. was created to bring objective visibility to those operational patterns—not by replacing your existing team or software, but by providing an independent perspective designed to strengthen the systems already in place.

What We Believe

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Good oversight isn't about finding fault.

It's about helping good businesses become even better.

That means being:

Objective

Focused on observations, patterns, and practical recommendations—not assumptions.

Respectful

Working alongside your existing team, recognizing the experience and systems you've already built.

Collaborative

The best results come from working with leadership—not around them. We believe independent oversight should support your team, strengthen decision-making, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Practical

Providing insights that are realistic, actionable, and designed to fit the way your business actually operates.

THE PERSON BEHIND BOOKER & CO.

Booker & Co. was created to provide property management leaders with something many organizations rarely have: an independent perspective focused on operational visibility and revenue protection. My role isn't to manage your business or replace the systems you've built—it's to provide thoughtful oversight that helps leadership make more informed decisions.

I believe the best partnerships are built on trust, transparency, and practical insight. My goal is simple: help good property management companies become even stronger by bringing clarity to the details that are often overlooked.

Meet the Founder

Kait Marty

Founder, Booker & Co.

Long before Booker & Co. existed, I naturally found myself helping friends, colleagues, and business owners improve their operations. I enjoyed asking questions, identifying patterns, and finding opportunities that others hadn't noticed—not because something was broken, but because there was often room to make a good business even stronger.

I'm naturally detail-oriented and genuinely enjoy understanding how businesses operate beneath the surface. Over time, I realized those strengths aligned especially well with property management—a field where thoughtful oversight and objective perspective can make a meaningful difference.

OUR APPROACH

The Way We Work

Every engagement is collaborative, objective, and designed to fit alongside the systems you've already built. We ask thoughtful questions, look for patterns, and provide practical observations that support leadership—not disrupt it.

OUR VISION

Looking Ahead

Booker & Co. may still be in its early chapters, but the vision has always been larger than identifying operational gaps.

The goal is to become a trusted long-term partner for property management companies that believe continuous improvement is part of running an exceptional business.

As our clients grow, we intend to keep growing alongside them—continuing to refine our processes, expand our capabilities, and deliver increasingly valuable insights over time.

Because great businesses are never finished improving.

Neither are we.

Better visibility leads to better decisions.

If you're curious what an independent perspective might reveal about your portfolio, we'd love to start the conversation.

No obligation. Initial conversations are exploratory.
